Moonbrew, the brainchild behind the strongest magnesium sleep aid, began its journey in 2021. Formerly known as NoonBrew, Co-Founders Andrew Case and Allan Shen were tired of the daily coffee grind and crafted a superfood tea that promised to alleviate those mid-afternoon slumps. As the company grew, they saw a significant demand from their customers for a sleep tea, leading to the launch of their sleep-enhancing product - MoonBrew - in October 2022. MoonBrew was soaring, but with great growth came even greater ecommerce challenges.
Challenge
As Moonbrew’s popularity skyrocketed, so did the complexity of their online operations. Moonbrew faced the daunting task of scaling efficiently, optimizing post-purchase interactions, and creating a cart experience that converted. Initially, they used Reconvert for post-purchase interactions, but it lacked the necessary customization and A/B testing capabilities, making it difficult to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. Prior to Reconvert, they used Rebuy, which required extensive customization and did not meet their needs effectively, further complicating their efforts to streamline operations.
