How much does Aftersell cost?

Aftersell plans start free. Post Purchase upsells start at $34.99/mo, the Rokt Upcart cart drawer starts at $34.99/mo (via Rokt Upcart), and Checkout customisation starts at $99/mo (Shopify Plus only). Rokt Thanks is always free — and generates $0.30–$0.50 in incremental profit per order, which pays your Aftersell subscription dollar-for-dollar, so you benefit twice: you earn and you save. All prices scale with your monthly order volume.

Can I use multiple Aftersell products at the same time?

Yes — all Aftersell products are designed to work together. Many merchants run Post Purchase upsells, Rokt Upcart, and Rokt Thanks simultaneously for full-funnel revenue coverage: Rokt Upcart lifts AOV before checkout, Post Purchase captures revenue right after, and Rokt Thanks generates incremental profit on every confirmation page. Each product is billed separately based on your order volume.

What happens if I exceed my monthly order volume tier?

Aftersell scales your plan automatically as your order volume grows. You'll move to the next pricing tier and be billed accordingly — there are no overages or surprise charges. For example, if you have 1500 orders on your Shopify store in the last 30 days, you will be billed $99.99. If you have 10,000 orders, you will be billed $329.99. If you have 100,000 orders, you will be billed $799.99.

Does Aftersell offer a custom plan for high-volume or enterprise stores?

Yes. Enterprise and high-volume brands (starting over 10,000 orders per month) can access custom pricing, dedicated onboarding support, custom SLAs, and priority access to new features. Shopify Plus merchants are also eligible for free lifetime access to Aftersell's checkout functionality (a $1,200 annual value). How does Save & Earn with Rokt Thanks offer works?

When you activate Rokt Thanks, Rokt's network serves vetted post-purchase offers from premium brands on your thank-you page. You earn $0.30–$0.50 per transaction — paid out directly to you — and that same amount is applied as a dollar-for-dollar discount on your Aftersell subscription. You benefit twice on every transaction: you earn and you save at the same time.
